Welcome To The New Bespoken!
We are excited to announce the release of our new Bespoken AI website!
The new design is sleek, modern and responsive - we are excited to share this with our customers and partners.
But the changes we have made are more than skin deep. We have also:
- Rebranded from Bespoken to Bespoken AI
- Released a re-designed Dashboard with tons of new features
- Released our AI-driven Exploratory Testing tool in Beta
Why Bespoken AI?
And why now? Well, AI, especially Generative AI, is top of mind for people nowadays.
But we don't want to be accused of being a Johnny-Come-Lately to AI. We have been helping customers optimize AI-driven conversational experiences since we launched in 2017.
As we have progressed, we have expanded our offering to include other essential aspects of quality assurance such as functional testing, load testing and monitoring. We believe all these pieces together are essential for deliving great customer experiences.
And in 2025, there is no longer a clear line between AI and conventional CX - the two are bleeding together, and bordering on becoming synonomous.
So we think it's a great time to refresh our branding to emphasize that this has always been part of who we are, and that we are ready and eager to assist our new and existing partners with this next generation of CX challenges and opportunities.
