What’s New at Bespoken in Q1 2026
Data Tables, Usage History, and more
At Bespoken, we’re constantly improving the platform to make conversational testing more powerful, flexible, and easier to manage.
Over the past weeks, we’ve released several new features and improvements across the dashboard — from better data management to clearer usage visibility and UI enhancements.
Here’s a quick overview of what’s new.
🚀 Data Tables: Centralized test data for scalable testing
Data Tables are our most impactful recent release, designed to simplify how you manage test data and variables across your conversational testing workflows.
With Data Tables, you can create reusable datasets directly from the dashboard and reference them across multiple test suites. Instead of duplicating values inside each test, your data now lives in one centralized place.
What you can do with Data Tables
- Store customer account information, test phone numbers, locale-specific data, and more
- Create tables with customizable columns and rows
- Edit data using an Excel-like interface that feels familiar and efficient
- Reference values dynamically in your test suites using simple syntax like:
${data.fieldKey}
Why it matters
- Easily update data without modifying your test scripts
- Scale your testing strategy, opening the door to upcoming advanced scenarios like:
- Using multiple tables within a single test suite
- Running a test case against all data combinations in a table
Data Tables are available directly from the dashboard sidebar.

📊 Usage History: Visibility into your utterance consumption
We’ve added a new Usage History section under Billing & Usage in the dashboard.
This view gives you clear visibility into how many utterances you’ve used per month, including:
- A monthly breakdown of utterance usage
- Historical data for the last 6 months
- Easy comparison between your plan limits and actual usage
For example, if your plan includes 10k utterances, you can instantly see whether you’ve used 7k, 8k, or exceeded your limit.
Why it matters
- Helps you monitor and control usage
- Lets you know if you can take fuller advantage of the platform
- Eliminates the need to request usage details via email — everything is now self-serve
⚙️ Dashboard improvements & updates
In addition to new features, we’ve rolled out several smaller but important improvements:
Company settings updates
- You can now change your company name directly from the dashboard
- You can also copy your company ID, which is often needed for integrations or development workflows
Advanced settings on your Test Suites
The Advanced Settings section has been restructured for clarity and usability. Fields are now grouped by purpose, making it easier to configure:
- Test execution behavior
- Call transcription settings
- Call behavior and flow customization
This makes advanced configuration more intuitive and less error-prone.
🔔 Clearer Monitoring Alert Emails
We’ve improved how monitoring alert emails are presented to make issues easier to identify and act on.
Now, when a monitored test fails, alert emails highlight only the exact step where the failure occurred, instead of listing the full test flow.
Why it matters
- Faster identification of what went wrong
- Less noise in alert notifications
- Quicker troubleshooting and resolution
This update helps teams respond more efficiently to issues and focus immediately on the part of the test that needs attention.
What’s Next
These updates are part of our ongoing effort to make Bespoken more scalable, transparent, and user-friendly.
Data Tables, in particular, open up exciting possibilities for more advanced testing workflows — and we’ll be sharing more deep dives on that soon.
Stay tuned for upcoming releases, and as always, let us know how these features are helping your testing workflows.
